Covenant is a binding relational order established by God through His promises, authority, and faithfulness.
Throughout Scripture, God establishes covenants to reveal His purposes, define His relationship with His people, and order their life under His rule. Every covenant rests upon God's faithfulness rather than human merit, though each carries responsibilities appropriate to those who live within it. The biblical covenants progressively unfold God's redemptive plan, finding their fulfillment in Jesus Christ and the New Covenant established through His blood.
