The new humanity is the people created in the risen Christ — one body sharing His life by the Spirit, gathered from Israel and the nations.
Salvation is not only the rescue of separate individuals; it is God’s creation of a new people under a new head. Those united to Christ are no longer defined by Adam but by Him: one body, one household, one holy nation, drawn from Jew and Gentile without erasing God’s faithfulness to either.
This people images Christ within the world in dependence, obedience, and love, and will share His reign in the renewed creation. It does not seize dominion for itself; it bears witness to the King whose authority is already certain.
